The Urban Atlas is providing pan-European comparable land use and land cover data for Large Urban Zones with more than 100.000 inhabitants as defined by the Urban Audit. Urban Atlas' mission is to provide high-resolution hotspot mapping of changes in urban spaces and indicators for users such as city governments, the European Environment Agency (EEA) and European Commission departments.

Dataset: Annual number of Cooling Degree Days

The dataset presents the annual number of Cooling Degree Days (CDD). The number of CDDs is useful in differentiating between areas based on the need for cooling homes or workplaces. As a measurement designed to quantify the demand for energy needed to cool a building in order to keep it at a comfortable temperature, it is relevant to issues of thermal comfort and energy affordability.

The monitoring of the real-world emissions from new cars and vans is based on Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2019/631. It aims to ensure that the CO₂ emissions of vehicles determined during laboratory testing remain representative of real-world emissions of vehicles in circulation. Real-world for new cars and vans is public available both as raw and aggregated data in csv-format.
