The Urban Atlas is providing pan-European comparable land use and land cover data for Large Urban Zones with more than 100.000 inhabitants as defined by the Urban Audit. Urban Atlas' mission is to provide high-resolution hotspot mapping of changes in urban spaces and indicators for users such as city governments, the European Environment Agency (EEA) and European Commission departments.

The monitoring of the real-world emissions from new cars and vans is based on Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2019/631. It aims to ensure that the CO₂ emissions of vehicles determined during laboratory testing remain representative of real-world emissions of vehicles in circulation. Real-world for new cars and vans is public available both as raw and aggregated data in csv-format.

The modelled suitability for the EUNIS habitat type is an indication of where conditions are favourable for the habitat type based on sample plot data (Braun-Blanquet database) and the Maxent software package. The verified habitat samples used are derived from the Braun-Blanquet database (http://www.sci.muni.cz/botany/vegsci/braun_blanquet.php?lang=en) which is a centralised database of vegetation plots and comprises copies of national and regional databases using a unified taxonomic reference database.

Dataset: Thermische Kontinentalität auf 1000 m ü. M. im Jahr, Periode 1981-2010
Die thermische Kontinentalität in °C wurde als Differenz zwischen dem Höchst- und Tiefstwert des Tagesganges der Temperatur des Jahres im untersuchten Zeitraum (1981-2010) berechnet. Die Karte zeigt die thermische Kontinentalität im Jahr auf 1000 m ü. M. Die resultierende Karte hat eine räumliche Auflösung von 25 m x 25 m. Sie wurde für die Modellierung von Vegetationshöhenstufen verwendet.
