- Publisher
- European Commission's Joint Research Centre
- Contact point
- Copernicus Land Monitoring Service helpdesk (copernicus@eea.europa.eu)
Provides the Slope of the green-up period (Left Slope, LSLOPE). The slope of the green-up period (LSLOPE) expresses the rate of change in the values of the Plant Phenology Index (PPI) at the day when the vegetation growing season starts. The data at global level are updated in the first quarter of each year. The data are available from 2023 to the present at about 300 m spatial resolution.
Dataset: Monitoring of CO2 emissions from heavy-duty vehicles, 2025
- Publisher
- European Environment Agency
Regulation (EU) 2018/956 requires EU Member States and manufacturers to report data related to heavy-duty vehicles. Member States report trucks, buses and trailers registered in their territory. Manufacturers report trucks of specific types that are subject to certification requirements. The reporting periods are annual and run from 1st July to 30 June the following year. One exception was the fir ... (read more)

Dataset: Landscape fragmentation Effective Mesh Density time series
- Contact point
- European Environment Agency (sdi@eea.europa.eu)
The effective mesh density (seff) is a measure of the degree to which movement between different parts of the landscape is interrupted by a Fragmentation Geometry (FG). FGs are defined as the presence of impervious surfaces and traffic infrastructure, including medium sized roads. The more FGs fragment the landscape, the higher the effective mesh density hence the higher the fragmentation.
