CORINE Land Cover (CLC) was specified to standardize data collection on land in Europe to support environmental policy development. The reference year of first CLC inventory was 1990 (CLC1990), and the first update created in 2000. Later the update cycle has become 6 years. The number of participating countries has increased over time − currently includes 33 European Environment Agency (EEA) membe ... (read more)

The data set provides concentrations for the air pollutants NO2 at grid level combining monitoring air quality data in a ‘regression-interpolation-merging mapping’ methodology and the observational values of the air quality monitoring stations used in the interpolation. It covers Europe. It provides estimates for human health related indicators of pollutants NO2 (annual average).
Dataset: Potential physical impact (ESPON Climate project)
Combined potential impacts of change in inundation depths of a 100 year river flood and a sea level rise adjusted 100 year coastal storm event as well as changes in flash flood potential and summer heat on population. Impact calculated as combination of regional exposure to climatic changes and recent data on regional sensitivity. Climatic changes derived from a comparison of 1961-1990 and 2071-21 ... (read more)
