Dataset: Statische Waldgrenzen
Grenzt Wald an Bauzonen, so wird der dynamische Waldbegriff aus ortsplanerischen Gründen zugunsten des statischen Waldbegriffs aufgegeben. Dabei wird im Rahmen eines Waldfeststellungsverfahrens eine Waldgrenzenkarte erstellt, welche die Grenze zwischen Wald und Bauzonen auf unbestimmte Zeit rechtlich fixiert.

The Governance Regulation ((EU) 2018/1999) requires Member States to annually report approximated greenhouse gas inventories by 31 July. A Union approximated greenhouse gas inventory is annually compiled on the basis of the Member States’ approximated greenhouse gas inventories or, if a Member State has not communicated its approximated inventories by that date, on the basis of own estimates.

Kantonale Schutzpläne zum Schutz und Unterhalt der Auengebiete von nationaler Bedeutung gemäss TG NHG (RB 450.1) und RRV NHG (RB 450.11). Rechtlich gesichert mit einer Schutzanordnung (RRB), Schutzplan und Pflegeplan. Darin sind der Perimeter des Schutzgebietes und die waldbauliche Behandlung der Teilflächen festgelegt.
